Whats the punishment for kidnapping someone ?

I heard there are two types of kidnapping: taking hostage and kidnap . Can a lawyer her eplease explain it to me ?

Kidnapping is broadly defined as moving another person a substantial distance by force or fear without the other person’s consent.  In Nepal,  Nepal penal code hade provision of imprisonment up to 10 years imprisonment. For further information please contact,
