Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced PHP Laravel Developer to join our growing team at Nepal Lawyer Services Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the back-end services and APIs for our platform. Your work will help improve the overall functionality and performance of our web portal, providing a seamless experience for both clients and lawyers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework with multi-tenant architecture using subdomains environment
• Implement tenant isolation strategies for databases, configurations, and assets.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to support the back-end of the platform.

• Design and implement APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance.
• Ensure the security and scalability of web applications

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in PHP and web development.
• Optimize backend performance, database queries, and resource allocation for high-availability environments.
• Lead and mentor junior developers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7 to 10+ years of proven experience in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Nepali.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Firebase.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Salary Range: NPR 60,000 - 200,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)
