I am a dynamic and result-oriented legal professional obtained licence from Nepal Bar Council with extensive experience across litigation, corporate law, and public governance. Currently a Senior Associate at Sunshine Law Firm, I have consistently provided strategic legal counsel and robust representation in corporate,family, divorse, civil, criminal, and procurement-related matters. With a 5 years B.A. LL.B. from Nepal Law Campus with specialization on criminal,forensic science, forensic medicine and currently pursuing an LL.M. in Corporate and Criminal Law at National Law College, I bring both academic rigor and practical insight into legal problem-solving.

My friend got scammed through a tiktok account which promised her goods and had also asked her to pay in advance , moreover she got blocked sometime after the payment. I do have screenshots or payment receipts. Are there any existing laws that is going to help us or shed light on such type of fraud or scam. The said tik- tok account seems to have two-thousand followers as well but i recently saw another creator reporting it online as a scam and the same thing had happened to them form the said page. Additionally my friend transferd through her Esewa account to another bank account. Can the amount be recovered .So, how can i register my complaint and are there any remedies if please help to clear my questions ?
