Through the court process with couple of evidences to produce for the need of divorce.
Such as reason should be needed.
For court mirrage need of following documents:
1. Both the parties are above the age of 20.
2. Unmarried certificate ,if S.O is divorce it's oky.
3. Embassy NOC required
4. Arrival date is atleast 15 days
To file the case of divorce, at least 3 years separation from wife is essential.
It is possible by giving the power of attorney to someone.
One can easily file the case at court with stated compensation amount also.
For court mirrage it takes around 2 days.
For court mirrage it takes around 2 days.
For mutual consent divorce it takes around 2 days. For other one it takes couple of months.
