म जग्गाधनीसँग एउटा जग्गा किन्न गइरहेको छु। उनको ठाउँ 'A' मा ३ रोपनी जग्गा छ र तराईको ठाउँ 'B' मा ८ रोपनी जग्गा छ। उनका ४ जना छोराहरू छन्, जसमध्ये २ जना नेपालमै छन् र मालपोत गएर हस्ताक्षर गर्न तयार छन्, तर २ जना विदेशमा छन्। म ठाउँ 'A' बाट २ रोपनी जग्गा किन्न चाहन्छु, तर मलाई ४ जनाकै सहमति (मञ्जुरी) चाहिन्छ। विदेशमा भएका २ जना छोराहरूले आफू बस्ने ठाउँबाट राजदूतावास धेरै टाढा भएको र दूतावास जाने समय नभएको बताएका छन्। तर उनीहरूले कागजमा हस्ताक्षर गरेर, स्क्यान गरी हामीलाई पठाइदिन सक्ने बताएका छन्। यो समस्यालाई मैले कसरी समाधान गर्न सक्छु ताकि पछि उनीहरू नेपाल फर्किएर मविरुद्ध मुद्दा हाल्न नसकून? कृपया मलाई मद्दत गर्नुहोस्।
