मैले जग्गा किन्न लागेको छु। बेच्ने मान्छेको दुई जना छोरा र एक जना छोरी ko bihe gareko xena विदेशमा रहेछन्। बेच्ने मान्छेले छोराहरूलाई अंशबण्डा गरेर दिइसकेका रहेछन् र अहिले बेच्न लागेको जग्गा आफ्नो भागमा राखेको भन्नुहुन्छ। बेच्ने मान्छे ७२ वर्षको हुनुहुन्छ। उहाँले हामीलाई जग्गा बेच्दा छोराछोरीको हस्ताक्षर चाहिन्छ कि नाइ? पछि छोराछोरीले हकदाबी गर्न पाउँछन् कि पाउँदैनन्?
