As a legal professional, I have had the opportunity to work in various roles across different industries, honing my skills and gaining valuable experience along the way. With over four years of experience as an Advocate/Counsel at Delta Law Pvt. Ltd., I have gained expertise in diverse areas of law, including corporate law, commercial arbitration, and criminal law. During this time, I have also served as Head of Legal Affairs and Regional Manager at Sano Paila – A Little Step, where I led a team of legal professionals to ensure legal compliance and provided legal advice on various matters.

As a Legal Consultant at Internet Market Today, I have provided legal guidance and support to the organization, working closely with senior management and other departments to address legal issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, I have worked as a Compliance and Administrative Officer at Sano Paila – A Little Step, where I managed compliance-related matters and provided administrative support to the organization.

My experience also includes working as a Legal Research Assistant at Social Science Baha, where I worked on the Access to Justice project, and as a Summer Intern at the International Legal Foundation, where I gained exposure to the workings of an INGO.

I hold a 5-year B.A. LL.B. degree from Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University, as well as additional qualifications, including an Induction Training Program on Newly Appointed Advocate from the National Judicial Academy, Kathmandu, and a School of Argumentation & Adjudication from Debate Network Nepal, Kathmandu.

In addition to my legal expertise, I have also demonstrated organizational and leadership skills, having served as the Vice President - Public Relations and an elected member of the Nepal Bar Association - Janakpur Unit, as well as the Senior Vice-President of PRO-Law.

I am a native speaker of Maithili and fluent in both English and Nepali. My language skills, combined with my legal expertise and experience, enable me to provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients from diverse backgrounds.
