• Managing organizational sales & marketing campaigns by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with our web platform and providing outstanding customer service.
• Must have positive attitude and Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-initiative, self-motivated, result oriented Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
• Be able to perform multi-tasking environment project with ability to quickly prioritize and organize
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Collaborate with other team members.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
