I had provided my resignation letter and notice period of 1 month. Can my employer not deposit the amount yet and stop my EPF (Provident fund) withdrawal letter?

I have resigned from my company about 1 month and 24 days ago . They've not yet deposited my employee provident fund and release the amount. Also, they haven't still provided my experience letter or any documents.
