I have a Firm ,Import firm with a Agreement of 2 years with one of Indian Brand,Now in mid ways they signed another importing comapny, how to deal with it

We have Exim code.and still working with this India Brand.Can we issue a legal notice to the Brand?

धन्यावाद, तपाईको प्रशनको लागि, १) सर्वप्रथम तपाइको सम्झौता (Agreement) मा विवाद समाधानको लागि कुनै मध्यस्थकर्ता तोकिएको छ भने पहिले मध्यस्थकर्ताबाट समस्या समाधान गराउन सक्नु हुन्छ। २) यदि सम्झौतापत्रमा मध्यस्थकर्ता तोकेको छैन भने, सिधै दुबै पक्षलाई विपक्षी बनाएर अदालतबाट कानूनी उपचार पाउनु हुन्छ।

It depends upon the contractual provision within you. If the contract limits or bainding the Indian Company to make a contract beside you then it might be the challengeable and all depends upon the conditions of the contract which can be cleared after studying it.
