मेरो एक भाइ र एक बहिनी छन्। हामी एउटै घरमा बस्छौँ र अर्को बहिनीको विवाह भइसकेको छ। अहिले हामी पितृ सम्पत्ति बाँडफाँड गर्ने सोचमा छौँ। के यसको लागि मुद्दा दायर गर्नु पर्छ वा आपसी सहमतिमा पनि गर्न सकिन्छ? र के विवाह भइसकेकी मेरी बहिनीलाई पनि अधिकार हुन्छ?
