In dhulabari, we had bought a land 8_10 yrs ago and when applied for bank loan we found that the land doesn't have trace map.The land has lalpurja, map and tax receipt but doesn't have trace map...in trace map it is shown as the part of river of public property but physically river isn't present and during query they said that due to the absence of owner during the survey it happened.and when contacted with malpot adhikirit shows no support even mayor of dhulabari tried to support but wasn't able ..how can we recover our land and what Is the legal procedure...can you help me with it..
