Court marriage between a Nepali citizen and a foreign national is legally recognized in Nepal under the National Civil Code, provided both parties meet the legal requirements and freely consent to the marriage. • Nepali Citizenship Certificate of the Nepali citizen
• Valid passport and visa of the foreign national

• Two adult witnesses with valid identification
