Can I take my son with me without divorce

I had my child marriage because of my family problems and they lies to us he had already married but they didn’t tell about anything after marriage also he didn’t take care of me after a week he went to sleep in other room and his family isn’t supportive as well they give me mentally problems I have one son so I can’t leave him so after 8yrs I decided to move from his family without divorce because he isn’t in country he is in outside country

Are you sure that you can't live anymore together with your family including husband and son? First ponder about it. If yes then you can get divorce from your husband demanding property and keeping your son with you. No matter where your husband lives and has been living, the court shall verdicts onside Divorced.

Sure. You can have your son with you, no need to get divorced with your husband. However, there are some conditions. At first, the age of your son should not exceed than 10 years. Secondly, if he is10 years old or above, he should agree to live with you.
