how can i register online complaints regarding the scam or fraud that happened through tik tok or social media platforms?

My friend got scammed through a tiktok account which promised her goods and had also asked her to pay in advance , moreover she got blocked sometime after the payment. I do have screenshots or payment receipts. Are there any existing laws that is going to help us or shed light on such type of fraud or scam. The said tik- tok account seems to have two-thousand followers as well but i recently saw another creator reporting it online as a scam and the same thing had happened to them form the said page. Additionally my friend transferd through her Esewa account to another bank account. Can the amount be recovered .So, how can i register my complaint and are there any remedies if please help to clear my questions ?

तपाईंले अनलाइन माध्यमबाट सीधै प्रहरीको साइबर ब्यूरोमा उजुरी दिन विभिन्न तरिका अपनाउन सक्नुहुन्छ:

साइबर ब्यूरोको आधिकारिक वेबसाइट मार्फत उजुरी फारम डाउनलोड गर्नुहोस् । डाउनलोड गरेको फारम स्पष्टसँग भर्नुहोस्। फारमसँगै कागजातहरू पनि संलग्न गर्नुहोस्: सबै सम्बन्धित लिङ्क (Hyperlink) र स्क्रिनसटहरू (स्पष्ट देखिने गरी)। भरिएको फारम र आवश्यक कागजातहरू (स्क्रिनसट, पहिचानपत्र आदि) सुरक्षित रूपमा संलग्न गरी cyberbureau मा इमेल पठाउनुहोस् । यसरी इमेल गर्दा विषय (Subject) मा स्पष्ट रूपमा "उजुरी: सामाजिक सञ्जाल ठगी" जस्तो शीर्षक राख्नुहोस्।

भौतिक रूपमा उजुरी दिन सकिन्छः काठमाडौं उपत्यकामा रहेर उजुरी दिन चाहनुहुन्छ भने, आवश्यक कागजातसहित साइबर ब्यूरोको कार्यालय भोटाहिटी, काठमाडौंमा गएर पनि उजुरी दिन सकिन्छ। अनलाइन मार्फत फारम पठाएपनि हुन्छ तर यदि उजुरी जटिल छ भने प्रत्यक्ष रूपमा जानु उपयुक्त हुन्छ ।

नेपाल प्रहरीको "eComplaint" सेवामा उजुरी दिन सकिन्छः– नेपाल प्रहरीको आधिकारिक ‘Nepal Police’ मोबाइल एप प्रयोग गरेर पनि सेवा सम्बन्धी उजुरी दिन सकिन्छ। यो एप Google Play Store (एन्ड्रोइडका लागि) वा Apple App Store (आइफोनका लागि) बाट सजिलै डाउनलोड गर्न सकिन्छ ।
