Salary
Not received salary. Previously owner now left company 31 shareholders . Previous owner BOD failed to pay salary to staff. New management is processing in holding salary of working shareholders in other to pay staffs. Shareholders working their won't have to pay anything. How can we get salary.

Under section(34-35) Nepal’s Labour Act, 2017, salary/remuneration is a legal right of employees and must be paid by employers on time. First, employees should submit a written application to the company management for immediate payment. If the salary is still not paid, you may file a complaint at the Labour and Employment Office. If needed, the matter can be taken to the Labour Court.
