I joined the company based on a verbal employment agreement under which I was informed that the initial 15 days would be considered a trial period. I understood that, after successfully completing the trial period, my regular salary would commence.
Despite the verbal nature of the agreement, I continued working for the company beyond the 15-day trial period and ultimately worked for approximately 30 days. During this period, I performed the duties and responsibilities assigned to me by the company and contributed my time and effort as an employee.
The working environment became difficult and, in my experience, toxic. During this period, the employer also stated that I would not be paid any amount, even Rs. 1, for the work I had performed. Because of this situation, I decided that I could no longer continue working for the company and informed them of my intention to leave.
After deciding to resign, I specifically asked whether I would receive payment for the work I had already completed, particularly the amount corresponding to the 15-day trial period. I believe that I am entitled to receive payment for the work and time I provided to the company, regardless of whether the initial period was described as a “trial period.”
I am seeking legal advice regarding my entitlement to unpaid wages and the appropriate legal procedure for recovering the amount due to me. I also have supporting evidence regarding my employment and the work I performed, including CCTV footage at the workplace, records of communication with clients, screen recordings, and evidence of tasks I performed for the company.
I would like to understand my legal rights and the appropriate action that can be taken against the company for withholding payment for work already performed.

Not received salary. Previously owner now left company 31 shareholders . Previous owner BOD failed to pay salary to staff. New management is processing in holding salary of working shareholders in other to pay staffs. Shareholders working their won't have to pay anything. How can we get salary.

It has already been over 18 months since I left the organization, having completed all necessary resignation formalities as per the regulations. Hello there, how are you? I live aboard and I'm happy married for 2 years. But recently my partner behavior is drastically changed and seems to be more suspicious. When I requested to exchange Facebook password, she gave me lame excuse. She had my Facebook password for almost 2 years. I asked a NTC code to check a call history or message . She told me she didn't get any. That's a red flag. I asked to download live location apps for few days but giving me a lame reason of not having storage on phone. It's tough to get any real data and evidences against my partner. I don't want a blame or acquisition my partner without any evidence. I become helpless right now. I don't know exactly what I need to do. My partner claimed that she was single and never had any boyfriend but I found out she had. It's been a horrific moment for me to manage my daily life,whom I trusted the most becoming a suspicious one. She might betraying behind my back and pretending to be loyal and honoring our marriage. Please help me out with right direction.

I am currently staying abroad. I got information that someone filed a case against me in court. However, I received this news from informal source.
The address filed in the case record is wrong. So, how will the court inform me regarding the case? Should I go to Nepal immediately? Because it is very difficult for me to arrange my leave.

Greeting Sir/Maa'm
A Nepali friend of mine has a 12 bore Gun License owned by his father . His father passed away last year and now he wants to inherit the gun license on his name. He is qualified to own the Gun License as he has attained the required age and he has clean police records ,no criminal or violence record.
I have been through the Arms and Ammunition ACT of Nepal, I couldn't find any regulations, rules about the procedures of inheriting the gun license. It mostly talks about getting a license ,renewing it, depositing ,etc.
He went to his local administration office as well to understand the procedures but they too are not very clear. They told his that he is not allowed to do it, he have to deposit back. The license can not be inherited.
please en-light me on the rules, regulations or any procedures out there for inheriting the gun license. Thank you
