प्रश्न किनपनि जायज छ भन्दा यदि कोही संस्थापक साधारण सभामा अनुपस्थित भएमा, संस्थापकले आफूले लिन मन्जुर गरेको शेयर सङ्ख्याको भुक्तानी नगरेका कारण सो शेयर जफत भएमा, संस्थापकले आफ्नो सम्पूर्ण शेयर विक्री गरेमा वा अन्य कुनै कारणले कम्पनीको शेयरधनी नै नरहेमा वा सो संस्थापकको मृत्य भई निजको हकको शेयर अन्य हकवालाको नाममा हस्तान्तरण भएमा र कम्पनीको साधारण सभामा विशेष प्रस्ताव पारित भई प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावली संशोधन गर्नुपरेमा त्यस्तो अवस्थामा संशोधित प्रबन्धपत्र र नियमावलीको हकमा केकसरी सही गर्ने हो भन्नेमा प्रचलित कानुनमा स्पष्ट व्यवस्था रहेको कम्तीमा मैले पाइन।
साथै प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावलीको ढाँचामा अन्तिममा सही गरेको मिति लेख्नु पर्ने प्रावधान रहेकोमा संशोधित प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावलीको हकमा कुन के मिति राख्नुपर्ने हो यस सम्बन्धमा समेत बताइ दिनुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछु।
नोट: ऐनको दफा १९ तथा निर्देशिकाको दफा १९ बमोजिम प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावलीमा संस्थापकहरूको सहीछाप आवश्यक छ। नेपाल राजपत्र खण्ड ५७, सङ्ख्या ७, मिति २०६४।०२।१४ मा प्रकाशित सूचना १ मा समेत प्रबन्धपत्र र नियमावलीको ढाँचाको सम्बन्धमा संस्थापकहरूको सहीछापको सम्बन्धमा व्यवस्था छ।

Hello there, how are you? I live aboard and I'm happy married for 2 years. But recently my partner behavior is drastically changed and seems to be more suspicious. When I requested to exchange Facebook password, she gave me lame excuse. She had my Facebook password for almost 2 years. I asked a NTC code to check a call history or message . She told me she didn't get any. That's a red flag. I asked to download live location apps for few days but giving me a lame reason of not having storage on phone. It's tough to get any real data and evidences against my partner. I don't want a blame or acquisition my partner without any evidence. I become helpless right now. I don't know exactly what I need to do. My partner claimed that she was single and never had any boyfriend but I found out she had. It's been a horrific moment for me to manage my daily life,whom I trusted the most becoming a suspicious one. She might betraying behind my back and pretending to be loyal and honoring our marriage. Please help me out with right direction.

I am currently staying abroad. I got information that someone filed a case against me in court. However, I received this news from informal source.
The address filed in the case record is wrong. So, how will the court inform me regarding the case? Should I go to Nepal immediately? Because it is very difficult for me to arrange my leave.

Greeting Sir/Maa'm
A Nepali friend of mine has a 12 bore Gun License owned by his father . His father passed away last year and now he wants to inherit the gun license on his name. He is qualified to own the Gun License as he has attained the required age and he has clean police records ,no criminal or violence record.
I have been through the Arms and Ammunition ACT of Nepal, I couldn't find any regulations, rules about the procedures of inheriting the gun license. It mostly talks about getting a license ,renewing it, depositing ,etc.
He went to his local administration office as well to understand the procedures but they too are not very clear. They told his that he is not allowed to do it, he have to deposit back. The license can not be inherited.
please en-light me on the rules, regulations or any procedures out there for inheriting the gun license. Thank you
