    A Nepali friend of mine living in India. She got married in Nepal with another Nepali citizen. After they have 2 kids, they are separated last 10 years and there is no communication between them.  There is no information about her husband for the last 1o years and there is no information about his current living situation. How long it will take for a Nepali girl to get divorce in this situation?

मेरी श्रीमती मसँग सम्पर्कविहिन (एउटा छोरी सहित) भएको ७ वर्षपछि मैले जिल्ला अदालतमा सम्बन्धविच्ेछद गरिपाउँ भनि निवेदन दिएँ, त्यो मुद्दाको प्रतिउत्तर लगाउने क्रममा उनी विदेशमा रहेको थाहा भयो र मुद्दा नियमित चल्दै गयो, मैले सम्बन्ध विच्छेद मुद्धा हालेको करिव १० महिनापछि मेरी श्रीमतीको आमाले संरक्षक भई आफू बसिरहेको जिल्लाको अदालतमा अंश माना चामल सम्बन्धी मुद्धा दायर गरिन, सो मुद्धाको प्रत्तिउत्तर लगाई केही तारेखमा उपस्थित भइसकेपछि कोरोनाका कारण तारेखको म्याद गुज्रिन पुग्यो र पछि सम्पर्क गर्दा तारेख गुजारी सकेको हुँदा अब उप्रान्त तपाई आउनु पर्दैंन भनी मलाई मुद्धाफाँट बाट भनिएपछि म त्यसपछिका पेशीहरुमा उपस्थित भएको छैन, यद्यपि त्यो मुद्धा भन्दा १० महिना अगावै मैले मेरो जिल्लामा रहेको जिल्ला अदालतमा दायर गरेको सम्बन्धविच्छेद मुद्धाको फैसला भइसकेको छ। अंश सहित सम्बन्ध विच्छेद हुने व्यहोराको फैसला आइसकेपछि सासु आमाले हालेको अंश माना चामल मुद्धाको पछिल्लो पेशीबाट सम्पत्तिको फाँटवारी पेश गर्ने आदेश आएको छ?  

यो अवस्थामा के गर्नुपर्छ? अंशसहित एउटा अदालतले सम्बन्ध विच्छेदको फैसला गरिसकेपछि उस्तै प्रकृतिको अंश मानाचामल मुद्धा खारेज गराउन सकिने कुनै व्यवस्था छ की? 

My wife wants me to file divorce but I'm not interested into getting divorce. As per our family
(husband's and wife's) they are saying not to get divorce, because she recently gave birth to our second child. Now She is asking for Divorce all of sudden but I don't want to get divorce with her. What can I do in that case?. Please answer my question as soon as possible thank you!!.
