What documents do I need to marry in Nepal? Do we need No Objection Letter and what kind of if we need?

Hello,

My name is Albulena Bajrami and I am from Kosovo. I am in love with an Indian man, Nitin, but we can't marry in our countries, so we decided to marry in Nepal. I wanted to know if we need  No Objection Letters?

I am Indian and willing to marry a Pakistani in Nepal. None of us can arrange No Objection (Unmarried certificate). Is it possible to get married under some special marriage act since we both are also from different religion.
