About the Role

We are seeking ambitious, confident, and energetic Sales & Marketing Interns who are passionate about sales, networking, and business development.

This is not a desk job. You will be actively meeting lawyers and law firms, visiting their offices, building professional relationships, demonstrating the benefits of our platform, and converting legal professionals into Premium Members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit lawyers, advocates, and law firms across assigned territories.
  • Introduce and promote Nepal Lawyer Premium Membership plans.
  • Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Explain membership benefits, profile visibility, lead generation opportunities, and platform features.
  • Generate new leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Follow up with prospective members and close sales opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with legal professionals.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
  • Maintain daily activity and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly membership acquisition targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in approaching and speaking with professionals.
  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Previous sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualification:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English. Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.

Experience:
Preferred Experience 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or field promotion. Experience in field sales, lead generation, or direct customer interaction is an advantage. Experience working with digital platforms, startups, or professional service businesses is a plus. Demonstrated ability to meet targets, build relationships, and work independently.
