Advocate Sandesh Subedi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Lex Way Law Associates, a full-service law firm based in Kathmandu, Nepal. His practice spans both litigation and advisory work, with experience in civil and criminal litigation alongside corporate and commercial legal services.
Sandesh regularly represents clients in civil and criminal matters before courts and tribunals in Nepal, including complex disputes involving contractual, property, commercial, intellectual property and regulatory issues. He has been involved in a range of commercial transactions, including private equity transaction and investment negotiations, and regularly supports clients through contract drafting, negotiations, and risk assessment
His work spans both transactional and contentious matters, assisting businesses at various stages of growth, from early-stage enterprises to established companies. Sandesh is known for a structured, commercially informed approach, providing legal advice aligned with clients’ operational and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Sandesh holds a five-year B.A. LL.B. degree from Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University. He completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) at South Asian University, New Delhi, India. He is a licensed advocate registered with the Nepal Bar Council.
