The process is conducted through a legally valid Power of Attorney (POA), enabling representation in court. Our legal team assists in drafting the POA, filing the divorce application upon receipt, preparing replies, and drafting mutual divorce agreements where applicable. The process is handled efficiently and can typically be completed within 15–20 days, subject to court procedures.
