According to the present civil code 2074 chapter 10 partition section, section 205, 206 and many more, it is clearly stated that father mother daughter and son are the partitioners and all partitioners have equal right regarding the inheritance of property.
So, in the present context, even married daughters are registering case of partition upon her fathers in District court and judges are giving verdict upon her favour by citing this sections.
So if you are really deprived from your father's property then you can suit a file in the District court of the property belongs to, or your present permanent address
