अंशवण्डा गर्न अदालत जानुपर्ने, मुद्दा मामिला गर्नुपर्ने भन्ने होइन । अंशियारबीच नरम गरम मिलाएर घरमा नै बाँडफाँड गरी अंशवण्डाको लिखत दर्ता गरी मालपोतबाट नामसारी गर्न सकिन्छ । यदि अंशियारबीच कुरा नमिलेमात्र अदालत जानुपर्ने हो । अब बहिनिको २०७२ असोज १४ गते वा त्यसपछि विवाह भएको हो भने उनले पनि अंश पाउने हक अधिकार हुन्छ । बहिनिले लिन चाहानुभएन भने अंश छोडेको भरपार्इ गर्नुपर्छ अन्यथा पछि मुद्दा मामिला हुन सक्छ । धन्यवाल

Yes. You can divide your entire property in consent. There is no need to file any law suit at Courts. At first, you, along with your, siblings, need to agree with the division of the property on your own. Thereafter, you all need to go to the Inland Revenue Office (Maalpot Office) at your District for the legal authenticity. There won't be any further burden .
