Legal firstname change and citizenship update in nepal

Legal firstname change and citizenship update in nepal

Hello, I am Bijay Shah and I am looking for legal advice on fixing my name.

My name was mistakenly written as Bijaya Shah in grade 8 and ever since I wanted to fix it. That was almost 8+ years ago. My family just tells me it's impossible now but from my research with a strong reason it's possible.

I have already made my citizenship and passed bachelor already and have a full time job now. I've have been really depressed about this for 5+ years now. It's decremental for my well being on day to day basis. I have not got license and passport yet in hope that I can fix my name legally first then make then later.

I know that changing name is certificates is a impossibility now but all I want is to fix it legally get fixed name citizenship and make a document that says my old name and new fixed name is same so all my certificates are valid, then I can make license and passport with my new fixed name on citizenship.

I am at a loss on where to start and if it's even possible now, but if it is I am willing to commit fully no matter how long it takes. This will help me end my half a decade long depression and improve my wellbeing immensely.

Thank you for reading and I have hope that with proper guidance and a strong case I can make it possible.

It is way more complicated that I expected so still had no luck. Let's connect if you are up for it. I will leave my facebook url here, we can discuss privately about it in detail.
