What is the Legal Grounds for Divorce for Husband in Nepal?

Currently I am out side of Nepal. I am planning to get divorce with my with wife in Nepal. Can you please explain to me the ground for husband to get divorce. It would be great if you explain in this thread instead of leaving your contact number.

How can the name be returned back from sons to Father's generation and made only in own name?

Godul Dhoj  and Bhim Bahadur are brothers of same father.  There was a land in the name of my Grandfather  Khil Bahadur  Son of Godul Dhoj) and Hari Bahadur Silwal ( Son of Bhim Bahdur) as shown in the field book of Malpot. Similarly, it was told that they had taken a loan from Arjun Khatri. It was paid but the necessary document work was not done and Arjun Khatri died after few days. Hence, work was pending. Later Hari Bahadur made it in his name. He got it in his name from Bhim Bahadur Silwal.  Then the land seems to have been passed to Masali Silwal his wife after his death and even Madhu Silwal the son.  How can Hari Bahadur make his only name so easily?

Unpaid vehicle loan

About 15 years ago my mum sold a vehicle. We have the paper work signed stating that the vehicle was sold but the bank loan was not transferred to the buyer. The person who bought the vehicle did not pay the loan at some point that we do not know of. We did not receive any calls or letters from the bank and had forgotten about it until recently. My mum found out about the unpaid loan recently because her bank account was frozen. What are my options?

my dad is in a private company and is about to retire in 2 months and he don't want to be associated with samajik surakchya fund. Does he have an option not to or is he forced to be associated.
And if he is forced to be associated, what will happen to the funds currently in CIT, provided fund.

His company has recently circulated the notice that they are going to be associated with this fund. What will happen if he resigns before company's association?

पत्नी २०७७ माघ १ गते माईत जान्छु भनि पोइला गएको।

पोईला गएको संग विवाह गरेको फोटोहरु सामाजिक सञ्जालमा राखेको।

पति  २०७७ माघ १५ गते घर आएको र प्रहरीमा समेत निवेदन दिएको।

Hi, We(Me and my so-called wife) did marriage registration from VDC for going abroad with some terms and conditions. There is no marriage photograph for proof. We just had that marriage registration certificate, We were very young during that period. We haven't lived together even for a single day after the registration. Now its been more than 5 years, we are living separately. I am currently living in Nepal and she is in Dubai for the last 3 years. There was no communication between these years. So in this case, may I get a chance to win the case of divorce against her without giving her the property.
